G -- CATHOLIC PRIEST SOL RFQ 124-0011 DUE 082099 POC Richard Houser, Contract Specialist The Federal Correctional Institution, Oxford, Wisconsin is soliciting to establish a non-personal service agreement to provide the services of a Catholic Priest. The Contractor shall provide spiritual leadership, religious guidance, and perform ceremonial functions as it relates to the Catholic inmate population. The major objective is to provide community involvement in chapel programming for the Catholic inmates. The Contractor shall also offer priestly leadership in the Mass, and offer evaluations on inmate programming and will report areas that should be expanded upon. The service shall be a minimum one hour session at each facility, on a once per week basis plus allowance for extra services for the six Holy Days of Obligation. Total number of services equal 116 for the expected contract period of October 1, 1999 through September 30, 2000. An option year contract is contemplated, cost will be based on the total price for the basic requirement together with any option(s) exercised at the time of award. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by this office.
