The Naval Medical Logistics Command has a requirement for multidisciplinary medical health care services at the Naval Medical Center, San Diego, Naval Hospital, Camp Pendleton, Naval Hospital, Lemoore, Naval Hospital Twentynine Palms, and Naval Medical Clinic, Port Nueneme, CA, as well as their associated branch clinics. Multiple awards are contemplated. The resulting contracts may be used by other Federal agencies in Souther California in addition to the Navy. Personal services, firm fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinitie quantity type contracts are contemplated. The minimum quantity anticipated for this procurement is: 3 OB/GYN Nurse Practitioners, 10 Phlebotomists, 2 Cytotechnologists, 1 Opthalmology Technician and 2 Pharmacy Technicians in San Diego as well as 1 Dental Lab Tech in Camp Pendleton. The maximum quantity is approximately 2,000,000 hours of services. The contract(s) will have a four year ordering period. See Numbered Note 1.
