VILLAGE OF CLAYCOMO, MO EMERGENCY WATERSHED REPAIR: SOLICITATION PACKAGES WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AT SITE SHOWING ON AUGUST 3, 1999. MEET AT 1:00 P.M. AT THE VILLAGE GREEN PARK ON POE STREET, VILLAGE OF CLAYCOMO, CLAY COUNTY, MISSOURI. Placement of approximately 150 tons of riprap for stream channel leveling. Excavation of approx. 460 Cu Yd. of channel bankand sediments for gabion foundation along with associated flow diversion and dewatering. Plaement of 300 cu yd of gabions, including gabions, rock, geotextile backing and all labor. Backfill between gabions and bank with approx. 1400 cu yd earthfill from designated onsite borrow area. Backfill expected to be about 115 cu yd to be hauled to site by contractor. Placement of approximately 700 square yards of permanent turf reinforcement mat. Grade and shape disturbed areas to planned grades, remove and dispose of woody debris offsite at approved locations, and seed and mulch approximately 1 acre disturbed area.
