The project consists of decommissioning, excavation/backfill, and disposal off site of the existing vault toilets and constructing SST Romtec toilets as replacements. Installation of the Romtec toilets will include site prep, excavation, backfilling, concrete forming and finishing, and some carpentry and masonry work. The construction/installation of the Romtec toilets will be as per manufacturer specifications. Romtec toilets will consist of 4 single SplitLoc block/concrete units with metal roofing and are Government-furnished. Contractor will be responsible for the pick-up of units from Chiloquin Ranger District and for transfer to the appropriate sites. Estimated issue date is August 5, 1999 and estimated open date is September 7, 1999. Approximate start work date is October 4, 1999. The project is located on Chemult, Chiloquin and Klamath Ranger Districts of the Winema National Forest, Klamath County, Oregon. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
