The Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Denver Center, Denver, Colorado intends to acquire door maintenance service to meet the requirements of te facility. The Contractor shall provide preventive maintenance and emergency repair services for a variety of automatic doors and dock levers. Doors to be maintained include, but are not limited to, Auto Doorman 8x9, 3 each, Jr-Swing Dor-O- Matic operator 22 each, O&M overhead 10x10, Sr. Swing Dor-o-Matic operators, Swing entrance and exit doors and sliding entrance and exit doors. Selection of successful offeror will be made using source selection procedures with selection based on price and past performance.
