Firm-Fixed Price contract, work includes, the upgrade of a 12,000 square foot building to house the function for a library. Work will include, but not limited to, demolition of all interiors not usable in the library facility and layouts and finishes to make the building functional as a library. Work will include an addition to the north side of the building; new HVAC system; new lighting; new electrical; new LAN system wiring and telephone service wiring. ADA, fire protection and life safety compliance will be part of the work. The plans and specifications will be placed on Compact Disk (CD-ROM) and will be provided free of charge. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a paper hard copy format. Notification of amendments shall be made through either 3.5" diskette, CD ROM, and/or the Internet. The Government intends to issue this solicitation through the use of CD ROM and the Internet. However, the Government reserves the right to use only the Internet as notification of any changes to this solicitation.
