Z -- REPAIRS TO ALLIGATOR REEF LIGHT, UPPER MATECUMBE KEY, FLORIDA SOL DTCG82-99-B-3WCA22 DUE 082699 POC Judy Stamper, (305) 278-6724 SYNOPSIS: The work includes furnishing all labor,equipment and materials to rehabilitate Alligator Reef Light; a historic offshore structure located approximately 4 miles south of Uper Matecumbe Key, Florida. The work consists of preparing and painting the exterior surfaces of this 150 foot tall skeleton structure. Structural repairs includes the replacement of clamps on the first level above the water line and the replacement of several tension rod turnbuckles. Other work items include the selective refurbishment and painting of interior items and the replacement of the lantern room windows. The estimated price range is between $500,000.00 and $1,000.000.00. Bid bond, payment and performance bonds are required.
