This requirement is for the design, fabrication, procurement, installation, proveout and training of a complete system to produce the M295 decontamination kits at Pine Bluff Arsenal, Pine Bluff, Arkansas. Technical Specification No. SIOPB-ET-1999-TS-3 applies and will be included in solicitation package. All material, labor, supplies and machinery/equipment shall be furnished by the contractor. The contractor is also responsible for all building and equipment modifications, electrical, pneumatic and water tie-ins. FOB is Pine Bluff. Approximate issue date is 05 Aug 99 with closing date 30 days from issue date. NOTE: DISTRIBUTION STATEMENT X is applicable, therefore, distribution authorized to U.S. Government Agencies and private individuals or enterprises eligible to obtain export-controlled technical data in accordance with regulations implementing 10 USC 140c, 94-02-17. A MILITARILY CRITICAL TECHNICAL DATA AGREEMENT, DD FORM 2345, is required prior to receiving a solicitation package.
