The requirement will consist of A/E support for the research hospital that is over 3 million square feet, consisting of healthcare, laboratory, and office spaces. The requirement also consist of on-going compilation of construction/troubleshooting support, maintenance documents, engineering, architectural design and development of maintenance procedures. The Contractor shall provide full-time/on-site/licensed mechanical and electrical engineers and home-office support as required. The Contractor and assigned personnel shall have proven and demonstrated knowledge of hospital requirements, JCAHO requirements, AAALAC requirements, and CADD work. The Contractor shall also be able to demonstrate a minimum of ten (10) years of primary experience in hospital related work. This is not a request for proposals and no solicitation is available at this time. The Government will not pay for informationrequested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement.
