D -- TELECOMMUNICATION SUPPORT SERVICES SOL None DUE 080499 POC Boyd Greene, (202) 874-5442 The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency is currently seeking information on qualified companies who can provide nationwide telecommunication support services including preventative and remedial maintenance on eight (8) NEAX 2400 PBXs and Octel VMX 200 Voice Mail Systems. Additional services may include: (1) On site and off site remote access for major programming to accommodate adds, moves and changes involving various numbers of telephones; (2) On site and remote access for major and minor programming of system changes associated with area code changes, routing table changes, ACD changes, VMX changes, etc.; (3) On site running of 2 and 4 wire jumpers; (4) Reconfiguration of "station" wiring and jacks to accommodate telephone installation; (5) Planning, installation of hardware and programming associated with system changes, expansions, etc.; and (5) Preparation work for orderly power-down for electrical work or maintenance; and (6) On site work for installation of new trunk circuits, T1, DID, Interoffice and Two-Way.
