THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE COMBINED Synopsis/RFO FOR OPERATION OF A NASA DISPLAY/VIDEO/AUDIO TRAILER INCLUDING TRANSPORATION OF TRAILER TO DISPLAY SITES SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS NOTICE. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their offer. This notice serves as the official amendment to the subject solicitation and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to further describe the anticipated contract. The due date for receipt of offers is not extended. The government contemplates a one year contract with a one year option. Proposers should propose prices for the basic year and the one option year. Offers shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFO posted on the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on 23 June 1999, and published in the CBD on 23 June 1999.
