On or about 7/23/99, this office will issue a Request for Proposal for construction of NCO Carrier Annex at LEBANON MO 65536-9998. Proposals will be opened on 8/23/99 at 3:00 PM. THIS IS NOT A PUBLIC PROPOSAL OPENING. The value of the work is estimated to be between $1,950,000.00 and $2,150,000.00. Description of the work is the project consists of construction of a new, one story facility, USPS Medium Standard Building Design (MSBD) Lebanon Postal Carrier Annex approximately 17,300 gross square feet. Location of project is 701 Copeland Drive, Lebanon MO 65536-9998. This will be a Fixed Price Contract. The contractor will be required to commence work within 10 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed and complete within 320 calendar days. Liquidated damages will be accessed. Performance and payment bonds will be required. There will be a NON-REFUNDABLE FEE FOR PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
