This project consists of the following work: (a) removal and disposal of existing water chillers, air cooled condensers, air handling units, packaged cooling units chilled water lines and associated pipe hangers and supports; (b) removal and disposal of existing motor control center, branch circuit feeder, and all associated electrical components; (c) provision of new chillers, chilled water pumps, air handling units with insulation, related components and other incidental works; (d) provision of new motor control center, pump controller, variable frequency drives, circuit breakers, associated conduit wiring, and other essential related electrical components; (e) provision of new 1500 KVA pad mounted transformer, secondary service equipment, and other incidental works; (f) construction of new concrete pump house, chillers pedestal, chain link fence and other related civil and architectural work. The location of the work is at NEX Bldg. 258, COMNAVMAR, Guam. The performance period is 540 calendar days from the date of award.
