Project consists of providing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision to upgrade various components in the existing fire training facility to correct safety related deficiencies, i.e.: "Provide water jackets over nine electrical conduits leading to electrical igniters on propane burners, furnish and install water distribution system from single header to water jackets; furnish and install electrically operated solenoid control valves at existing central control platforms; furnish and install nitrogen actuated ground burner control valve system for six ground burners, complete with supply manifold and piping; and vaious component modifications as described in drawings and specifications." Performance time will be 180 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. Construction magnitude is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. This procurement is being solicited as unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Standard Industry Code (SIC) for this project is 1711.
