Therefore, for the purposes of determining small business size, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates shall not exceed $17 million for the preceding three years. The estimated cost of this project is estimated between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This acquisition is "Subject to the Availability of Funds."
