Contractor shall provide labor, supervison, tools, equipment, and incidentals required to clean approx. 200 S.F. and repair and repoint approx. 2300S.F. of brick and remove and replace 2300S.F loose and missing stucco on parapet walls and piers. Check and repair as needed, fired clay drain lines, replace approx. 125 L.F of metal downspouts and 10 cast iron drain caps. Remove bituminous coating, seal cracks, prepare surface and install new fluid applied acrylic roof coating on the 4900 S.F. masonary casemate roofs. Repoint approx. 3500 S.F. of exterior scarp wall area, replace approx.forty surface brick, and re-stucco nineteen exterior gun embarsures.
