Specialist, 314/263-4211 Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor,
materials, supplies, equipment and performing all work in strict
accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming
parts thereof, for the GIMA Office Renovation in Building 36, Section
3C, AND to Install Power Poles in Building 36, Section 5B. GIMA Office
Renovation work includes: add a new door and small wall extension,
remove old carpeting and install new, paint walls, remove existing
conventional and UPS electrical circuits, install new power
receptacles, and add a light circuit. Install Power Poles work includes
installation of electrical panels and five Government furnished power
poles. All work is to be accomplished in strict accordance with
applicable NIMA, EPA, NFPA, and OSHA requirements. The performance
period is 60 days. The price range is between $25,000 and $100,000.
This project is 100% set-aside for small business. The SIC Code is
1542, size standard is $17.0 Million. Simplified Acquisition Procedures
will be used for this procurement. All interested parties may submit a
