The general construction and installation of a vertical wheelchair platform lift in a custom enclosure; alterations and additions to an existing two-story porch, including structural framing or new doors, installation of a glazed enclosure system and electrical work; the partial demolition, modification and extension of an existing steel stairway and platform. The work includes all labor, material and incidental as per the drawings and specifications.
