The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials and perform all work for the miscellaneous replacement of sewer mains and manholes at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri in accordance with the specifications and drawings. The work consists of clearing and grubbing, temporary rerouting of sewage, saw-cut, pavement removal, excavation, placement of sewer pipe, pipe bedding, backfill, topsoil, grading and seeding, manholes, concrete street patching, concrete combination curb and gutter, concrete sidewalks and other work as necessary for the replacement of the sewer mains and manholes. Project completion time is 250 calender days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Range of the project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
