FISC Norfolk Det Philadelphia intends to acquire, on an unrestricted basis, the furnishing of Noon Meals, and Meals for the Before and After Program for the Naval Training Center Great Lakes, IL Morale, Welfare and Recreation Dept. Glen View Kids World located at Glen View, IL. Meals will be delivered in cold bulk containers to the Kids World at Glen View, IL. Requirement will be solicited as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and the special simplified acquisition procedures for the acquisition of supplies as set forth in FAR Part 13.500. The estimated quantity of Noon Meals is 16,315 per year and the estimated quantity of meals for the Before and After Program is 4,575 per year. Period of Performance will be 01 Oct 1999 through 30 Sep 2000 with four (1) year options. The solicitation will consider past performance as an evaluation factor with past performance being more important than price. A firm fixed price commercial items, requirements type purchase order is anticipated. Orders will be placed by the NTC MWR Great Lakes, IL.
