The services shall include: computer software and the documentation of the computer software which implemetns a newly developed alogrithm as well as the details of the alogrithm. THe key issues to be address by the algorithm are to find multiresolution deformable surfaces models from sparse data sets such as those represented by a set of unorganized points, curves, or surface patches.
