http://www.usbr.gov/aamsden/. E-MAIL: Margaret C. Miller,
mmiller@do.usbr.gov. The Bureau of Reclamation is anticipating
constructing a jet grouting test section at Wickiup Dam, Oregon, to
investigate the feasibility of treating liquefiable soils in the

require treatment are unusual soils that have not been typically
treated with jet grouting. The Bureau of Reclamation is seeking
potential sources to perform mix design laboratory tests on the soils
to determine the type and amount of cement grout to effectively treat
the soils. Interested sources that possess the ability to perform the
mix design laboratory tests are encouraged to submit substantiation to
the Bureau of Reclamation, either by mail, fax, or transmittal to the
e-mail address listed below no later than July 30, 1999. Responses
should include a Statement of Qualications in sufficient detail to
demonstrate the respondent's ability to to perform the services stated
above. This is a Sources Sought Notice only, and not a Request for
Quotation or an announcement of a solicitation. The Government will not
pay for any materials furnished in response to this synopsis.
