C -- ARCHITECT/ENGINEER SERVICES SOL V15-99-174 DUE 082399 POC Jerry Shepherd, 913-758-6413-Linda Dickey, 913-758-6465 FAX 913-758-6495 A/E services are required to prepare Design Development (DD) and Construction Documents (CD) for Project657-99-116 to "Remodel Building 65 for NESC, Jefferson Barracks Division of the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, St. Louis, Mo. Scope of work shall includes: 1. Investigate and prepare design development drawings and specifications, including a construction cost estimate, for remodeling existing building 65 from schematics provided by the VAMC Project Engineer; and 2. Prepare construction documents consisting of drawings, specificitations and construction cost estimate based on the approved DD submittal. All work shall be in full compliance with Department of Veterans Affairs Program Guide PG-08-15, Volume C, A/E Submission Instructions for Minor and NRM Construction Program. All necessary reports shall be prepared in MS Word Version 97 or later, and all drawings shall be prepared in AutoCadd Release 14, or later. One set of 3-1/2" computer disks containing all reports and drawings willbe required for the final submission of the CD documents. all interested firms having the capabilities and qualifications to perform such Design Development and Construction Documents should submit two (2) sets of SF-254 and SF-255 forms for the prime firm and all consultants to: Network 15 Contracting Section (10N15-90), ATTN: Jerry Shepherd, 4101 S. 4th Street Trafficway, Leavenworth, KS 66048 by Close of Business 8/23/99. Only data listed on submitted SF-254 and SF-255 forms will be considered in the selection process. Only qualified firms with a full service office located within a 50 mile radius of the St. Louis metropolitan area will be considerd. Award is subject to the availability of FY99 funds.
