The following items are to be procured through this request for bid. This is a brand specific or equivalent procurement. Line Item Number 0001 One single Onan Model 500 DFED 500Kw generator: 635kva, 277/480 VAC, 3 phase, 60 Hz, 1800 rpm Cummins diesel driven unit with: PCC controller with Amp sentry protection, engine coolant heater (240/208/480 vac). Line Item Number 0001AA One single 800 amp mainline circuit breaker, two year warranty for all installed systems, parts and labor, engine run relays, engine lube oil, shutdown alarm relays, engine anti-freeze, starting batteries, spring isolators, 500 gallon double wall stand-alone fuel tank with fittings. Line Item Number 0001AB Finish suitable to be mounted outdoors, critical silencer with flexible exhaust tubing, all rigging labor and materials for placement of the generator in existing housing and start-up service. All systems shall be Y2K compliant. Line Number Item 0002 One single Onan Model OT-800 Automatic Transfer Switch, 800 Amps in an enamel enclosure equipment with solid state 10 Amp battery charger and programmed transition. Line Item Number 0003 Removal of existing Onan 250 kva generator, 400 gallon fuel tank and diesel fuel. Once the existing Onan 250 kva generator and fuel tank are removed, the government will maintain possession. The awarded contractor shall dispose of the recovered diesel fuel.
