The U.S. Military Academy, West Point, NY is soliciting for Photographic Services. The awardee shall provide the supervisory, direct and overhead personnel, equipment, tools, and materials necessary to coordinate, plan and accomplish all photographic services to include shooting 35mm and medium format film (2 1/4 or 6 X 7), color processing, black and white printing, color prints or slides. This includes providing photographic coverage in the general areas of academics, military training, extracurricular activities, ceremonies, sports, social functions, scenic views and portraits, candidate close-ups, interior and exterior architectural photographs, classroom photographs, indoor and outdoor sports action photographs. Special effect photographs may also require lighting. An indefinite quantity indefinite delivery contract is contemplated. Period of performance is tenatively scheduled to begin 1 October 1999 through 30 September 2000, with two 1 year option periods. The acquisition is a best value using simplified acquisition procedures. Quotes will be evaluated based on the following criteria in descending order of importance: 1.
