An Experience Questionaire must be completed with enough information that the 3 factors listed above can be evaluated. Bidders can submit additional information, limited to no more than 5 letter size pages. All work awarded must be completed by May 1, 2000. We anticipate awarding the contract by Septmeber 10, 1999.
