The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Admin. (NOAA) has a requirement to provide a hard surface 40 space parking lot for the modular buildings located at National Severen Storms Labs, located at 1313 Halley Circle, Norman, Ok. The work includes approximately 2,250 square yards of asphalt drives and paving placed on 6 inches of lime stabilized base, 386 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter and footings for 5 light poles. Also included are striping and signing of the parking lot along with associated grading and erosion control per the statement of work indicated on the drawings.. Technical merit as well as price will be used to evaluate offers. As the technical merit becomes more equal, price becomes a greater factor. Procurements under Simplified Acquisition Procedures ($100,000 or less) are set-aside for small business unless small business cannot meet the need at a reasonable price.
