Work under Project 99-0123 consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for the rehabbing of the West Dock. Work is to include the removal of one air handling unit and three exhaust fans, replacing single-walled ductwork with double-walled ductwork, cleaning and tuck-pointing brick, removing lighting fixtures, installing wall-mounted and pendant light fixtures, constructing drywall soffits, installing acoustical ceilings, painting, and laying quarry and vinyl tile. Work under Project 99-0124 consists of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, equipment and performing all work in strict accordance with those specifications, schedules and drawings forming parts thereof, for the renovation of the lobby. Work is to include removing and installing carpet and vinyl tile, removing and installing light fixtures, and painting. This requirement is assigned a SIC of 1542 with a size standard of $17 million and is totally set aside for small business. The estimated value of the COMBINED projects is between $100,000 and $250,000. Potential bidders must submit a bid for "all or none", otherwise will be determined nonresponsive. Project 99-0123 has a 160 day construction period and Project 99-0124 has a 90 day construction period from receipt of NTP. Separate and different liquidated damage rates are included for each project. Anticipated release of solicitation package is 10 August 1999, and anticipated award is 30 September 1999.
