The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision operation and maintenance training of plant operators as necessary to complete the Contract in a satisfactory and acceptable manner in full compliance with the plans, specifications and terms of the Contract and adhere to all applicable Federal, State, and local regulation for the installation of a Government furnished air compressor, new lighting, power outlets, and required circuitry including all incidental related work. A Quality Control Program will be required as set forth in the Contract Specifications.
