The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armaments Command, Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (TACOM-ARDEC) intends to issue a Sole Source Contract to Universal Propulsion Co. Inc. for the fabrication, inspection, testing, and delivery of the M84 Non lethal Stun Grenade. The Stun Grenade shall be a low hazard hand thrown grenade-like device consist of three (3) major components. The first is the striker/separation fuze with a primer, the first fire mix, the first of two delay element and separation charge. The second major component is the delay module with its delay element and ignition charge. The third component is the output charge.
