This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II)The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation, number 117-0562. (III)The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-08. (IV)The standard industrial classification code is 2899; the small business size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is not set aside for small business. (V)Item 1 -- Steamate NA700, 5300 pounds. Item 2 -- Optisperse SP531, 4400 pounds. Item 3 -- Optisperse PO400, 210 pounds. Item 4 -- Cortrol IS100, 1530 pounds. (VI)Brand name or equal. (VII)Payments will be made by credit card. FOB point shall be destination. Deliveries shall be made on an "on-call" basis. The order will be placed by Thursday for delivery the following week. Orders/delivery will be approximately 4 times per year. Delivery hours are Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m.- 2:30 p.m. EST. No deliveries will be accepted before or after these times.
