A -- Regional Commercial Information Provider: The U.S. Department of Commerce/NOAA/BISNIS proposes to negotiate on a competitive basis for a contractor to provide BISNIS with trade leads, useful market updates, and practical industry and regional reporting for Samara oblast and surrounding regions (U'lyanovsk, Penza, Saratov, Volgogard, Rostov, Astrakhan and Kalmytskaya Autonomous Region), Trade and investment leads will be used in BISNIS Trades & Tenders and Search for Partners publications, and will be collected using BISNIS application form. The contractor is expected to work with the local business community and media to ensure that the community is familiar with BISNIS programs.
