DAAD01-99-T-0008 is being issued as a request for quotation for HABS/HAER Survey and Planning Level Survey of 18 building at U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground, AZ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-12. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. The assigned SIC code is 8999 with a small business standard of $5M. You are to quote a firm-fixed-price for the project.
