Boulder Co. to provide a study of weather related products to develop "Service Packages" that categorize NOAA products, identifies characteristics that are important for which significant improvements may be possible with various technology investments by NOAA, develop survey instruments for eliciting values from households, and conduct preliminary focus groups in diverse weather regimes. This pilot study will elicit information on demand for weather information that is used by households in the Boulder/Denver, Colorado area. This is a notice of intent and cannot be considered a solicitation, therefore no solicitation package exist. Award will be made using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
