The intent of this contract is to obtain Facilities Support Contract services that furnish biological services for the preparation of integrated natural resources management plans, biological surveys and studies, biological assessments and mitigation plans, and shoreline erosion control plans for Engineering Field Activity, Chesapeake, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Washington, D.C., and it's customer activities in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. This project is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. This will be a source selection procurement, Request for Proposal resulting in an indefinite quantity contract that will include a base year and up to four option years. A technical proposal and cost proposal must be submitted. Award will be based on best value and the selection criteria are 1) Past Performance, 2) Technical/Management (a. Experience; b.
