Contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials and equipment (except for government furnished property)necessary to analyze urine specimens. Contractor shall perform, at a minimum, testing of urine specimens for the presence of amphetamines, opiates, phencyclidine (PCP), cocaine and marijuana (5 drug panel). This laboratory work will NOT be subcontracted out; contractor must be Prime. The contract period of performance is for five years beginning 1 Oct 99. The estimated cost of this contract is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. Contract will be firm fixed price with an indefinite quantity.
