One-year leases at fair market value are being offered for residential use only. Quarters are being offered by sealed bid pursuant to the procedures set forth in 36 CFR sec.18.6. Bids are to be submitted to GGNRA Headquarters, Business Management Office, Fort Mason Building 201, San Francisco, CA 94123, no later than 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 28, 1999, and must be submitted on the Bid Form provided by the GGNRA and pursuant to the instructions set forth therein.
