Under the proposed order, training will concentrate on the minimum loss ratio, refund calculations and compliance with the loss ratio requirements. Parties expressing an interest will be required to submit a detailed capability statement identifying their qualifications to perform this effort. Capability statements must be submitted within 15 days of publication of this notice.
