labor material and equipment necessary to complete the general
renovation of Building 4 at Coast Guard Integrated Support Command
Alameda, Alameda, CA. Work includes hazardous material abatement;
seismic upgrade; site and building accessibility improvements;
remodeling of galley, serving, and southeast dining room areas;
creation of major north/south access corridor; new employee and public
toilets; replacement of exterior window; renovation, modification, and
additions to existing mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm systems.

minority, women owned and disadvantaged business enterprises to acquire
short-term working capital and bonding assistance for

Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates up to
$500,000 per contract to provide accounts receivable financing. The
Bonding Assistance Programenables firms to apply for bid, performance
and payment bonds up to $500,000. DOT provides an 80% guaranty on the
