The work includes the renovation of Bathhouse Building 134. The renovation shall include the demolition of all interior fixtures, accessories, and finishes as well as all electrical and mechanical systems. New electrical service shall be installed, including a new electrical panel, hot water heater, and both interior and exterior lighting. New plumbing fixtures shall be installed and piped as required. New toilet partitions, toilet accessories, and tile finishes shall be installed at the interior, and the exterior shall be painted. Pipe penetrations and a new ventilation system shall be mounted in conjunction with the existing built-up roof, which shall be patched as required. The site shall be regraded to provide an ADA compliant entrance slope to the building. The estimated range of the project is between $100,000 to $250,000. Period of Performance is 150 calendar days.
