The Standard Industrial Code(SIC), for this project is 3585. The size standard is $750,000. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace the a/c unit, Building 2112, Marine Corps Base, Quantico, Virginia. The work shall include replacing the existing 15 ton a/c unit, building 2112. The Contractor shall hire a certified asbestos inspector to examine the work area and test all equipment and buildng materials which shall be affected by the construction.
