The Department of Commerce, NOAA has a requirement for the acquisition of (2) watertight sliding doors capable of local and remote operation to be installed in the (2) new watertight compartments installed in the Auxiliary Machinery Space on the NOAA Ship DELAWARE II. The doors should have the ability to be closed electric-hydraulically, as well as manual-hydraulically during power failure. Each door shall be able to be closed from an emergency had pump located above the bulkhead deck. The watertight sliding doors shall be supplied ready for installation aboard ship. All Responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency.
