This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, a quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation N61339-99-T-0025 is issued as a request for quote and incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-11. The solicitation shall be awarded on a sole source basis to Arraid Inc, Phoenix, AZ. The SIC Code for this solicitation is 3572 with a size standard of 1000 employees. The following items are required: CLIN 0001, Emulation System for a Single Pertec Compatible Tape Drive, Mounting for a Cartridge Media Device (Spares and GFE), P/N: TES-1/UC, 21 each; CLIN 0002, Iomega Jaz Drive, Including one 1GB Disk Cartridge (Spares and GFE), P/N: DRV-10JC, 21 each. Delivery shall be made no later than 90 days after award to Jacksonville, FL 32212; acceptance shall be made at destination upon delivery. Delivery shall be made FOB Destination.
