Perform appraisal of 16-unit multi-family housing complex to be located in Poulsbo, Washington. Project name is Fjord Vista II and will be located on First Avenue NE in Poulsbo, Wa. Project will contain approx. 14,000 SF on a 1.129 acre site with city water and sewer services. There will be 14 two-bedroom units and two three-bedroom units. There are no garages/carports. Project consists of six buildings. The appraisal is in connection with an application for an initial loan to finance the construction of the project. Property to be appraised as new construction of subsidized multi-family housing (loan making/loan servicing). Provide "as-improved" value of property. Provide a "value-in-use" for the property. Extremely short turnaround time required for receipt of appraisal. Initial "value of property" needs to be delivered by August 11, 1999. Actual appraisal paperwork needs to be delivered by August 18, 1999. If delivery dates cannot be met, quoters will be given opportunity to submit the earliest dateby which they can deliver appraisal.
