A -- CONCRETE PAVEMENT RESEARCH The Innovatve Pavement Research Foundation (IPRF) and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) have entered into a cooperative agreement that unites the public and private sector's common research interests for improved concrete pavments used n America's Interstate and highway systems. The IPRF is currently soliciting proposals on six research projects. Proposals are sought from qualified universities, highway research agencies, and individual researchers.
