Work includes furnishing all plant, labor, material, equipment, and transportation to perform maintenance and repair of overhead and roll-up doors. Specific work includes performing inspection and preventative maintenance on existing doors, removal and installation of doors and/or parts, adjustments of doors, mechanisms, and operators (manual, chain hoist, and power operated); replacment of existing wood and metal door jambs, trim and molding with new, painting of new itms to match existing. Period of Performance for base year is slated for 01 October 1999 through 30 September 2000. SIC is 8999/ Size Standard is $5 million.
