Work consist of constructing upgrades to existing sprinkler for buildings in Block 700. Replace existing sprinkler system with new system to upgrade the hazard classification. Installation of fire pump with generator and new exterior water lines as required. Pursuant to FAR 19.10, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, this requirement will be solicited on an Unrestricted basis; subsequent award will be pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. SIC is 1541, size standard is $17 million. Therefore, for the purposes of determining small business size, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates shall not exceed $17 million for the preceding three years. The estimated cost of this project is estimated between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. This acquisition is "Subject to the Availability of Funds."
