Ditch and bank stabilization with gegetative lining. Includes seedbed preparation, lime and fertilizer application, seeding, mulching, and anchoring of mulch in waterway and bank areas. Lay filter cloth (fabric) on prepared foundation for riprap. Installation of pipe culverts. Applicable roadway grading including seeding. Applicable roadway modifications,grading,and construction of low water crossing points. Performance period is 60 calendar days. Project range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the "Small Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988" and subsequent award will be subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1794 for this acquisition the average annual receipts of concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $7 million.
