Preparation will consist of removal of blistering, peeling and flaking paint to a sound substrate. (Approximately 3000 Sq. ft.).. Remove and dispose of damaged plaster on walls, (Approximately 1795 Sq. Ft.). Remove and dispose of damaged transite wallboard (approximately 208 Sq.ft.). Provide and install gypsum plaster or gypsum board on walls and ceilings where plaster was removed (Approximately 3140 sq.ft.) Provide and apply a paint system to plaster and gypsum board surfaces that have been plastered. The SIC code assigned to this project is 1799.
