DESC: We are soliciting in-kind donations for our Youth Center's Halloween Carnival to be held 30 October, 1999 at Elmendorf Air Force Base. This event is open to all base personnel, thier families, DOD civilians and federal employees. We are looking for sponsorship/donation of various game booth prizes such as, candy, rings, and small party favor type toys. This event is expected to draw approximately 200 base youth of all ages. We would accept all or part sponsorship/donation requested depending on the sponsor and what they can provide. The sponsor will be allowed to display banners and information at the event. Advirtising at all areas of EAFB will be done. Representation of the sponsor for the event would be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be cosidered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be requested no later than 15 October, 1999.
